Our products are made-to-order, meaning they are made especially for you once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction and leads to less waste, which is good for the planet! 🌱 Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing choices!
If you're ordering multiple items, they may ship separately due to us working with different manufacturers.
How much protection?

Are they super bulky?

Can I still access my phone's ports?
- Our cases have precisely aligned port openings.
Can I wirelessly charge my phone with this case?

Are they magsafe?

Care Instructions
- Clean your phone case by using a washcloth with soap and water.
- Don't use bleach or strong detergents.
- Try to keep away from liquids with high alcohol levels.
Note: Even though our cases are highly protective and offer 360° protection, we cannot promise that they will protect your phone against all situations. We recommend using a screen protector + our cases for ultimate protection. ♥
Shipping Information
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from our warehouses in Herkimer, NY & Charlotte, NC.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days).
International Shipping
- Shipped via Asendia USA, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
If you're ordering multiple items, they may ship separately due to us working with different manufacturers. Additional delays may occur due to holidays.
Order tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. You will also receive email updates when your order is out for delivery and when it is delivered.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Received a Damaged Item?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, kindly include clear photos of the damage when reaching out.
Lost in Transit?
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. Claims not deemed an error on our part are the responsibility of your local USPS, so we urge you to reach out to them for any issues.
Shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. If your package was stolen, please contact your local USPS for a solution.
